License templates
Every dataset sells under one of three standard licenses — no bespoke small print. The exact text you accept is shown at checkout and recorded on your order (who, which license version, which dataset version, when).
Internal Use
- Your company and affiliates may use the data internally.
- Derived data you create is yours — provided it cannot substitute for the dataset itself.
- No redistribution, resale, sublicensing or public sharing.
- No re-identification attempts.
Team
- Everything in Internal Use, plus shared team workspaces on this platform.
Redistribution Allowed
- Use internally and redistribute within your own products and publications, with attribution.
- No standalone resale of the raw dataset as-is.
Common rules (all templates)
- One-time purchase = perpetual license to the version you bought. Subscription = every version while active; versions already delivered stay licensed after you cancel.
- The provider — not Moyako — is the licensor and seller of record, and warrants it holds the rights to sell the data.
- 14-day refund where a dataset materially differs from its listing (refund policy).
- When blending datasets, the output carries the union of all source restrictions — an Internal-Use source keeps any blend internal.
