Food hygiene ratings aggregated to counts of premises by rating band for each UK local authority, from the Food Standards Agency FHRS/FHIS open data. We deliberately sell the AGGREGATE, not premises-level records, so no personal data (a sole-trader premises name can be a person) is ever included. Coverage is expanding (currently a sample of UK authorities; full coverage via the ingestion pipeline). Licence: Open Government Licence v3.0 — attribution: Food Standards Agency.
